With spring surging forward and a new journey unfolding, we gather strength to pursue development. On February 28, Yiyao Printing Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Annual Working Conference & the Launch Conference for the 15th Five-Year Plan and the "Qianwan" Initiative. More than 50 people attended the meeting, including members of the leading groups of the company and its subsidiaries, middle managers and key business personnel. They reviewed the past, analyzed market trends, arranged annual tasks, and laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Shen Caihe, Secretary of the General Party Branch, Chairman and General Manager of the company, made specific arrangements for the annual work.

At the meeting, Comrade Shen Caihe systematically elaborated on the company's overall strategy during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, detailed the annual work tasks of the company's "Qianwan" Initiative (Phase VI), and clarified the core development goals for the next five years and the current year, pointing out the direction for the steady and long-term development of the enterprise. In his speech, Comrade Shen Caihe emphasized that in the face of fierce market competition, the company should always focus on market and customer needs, take innovation as the driving force, and enhance core competitiveness through cost reduction, efficiency improvement, transformation and upgrading. Centering on this core idea, the conference systematically arranged nine key tasks, forming an all-round development system of "Party building guidance, in-depth business development, management improvement, and ecological co-construction".

At the meeting, all middle-level cadres solemnly submitted the 2026 Annual Assessment Responsibility Letters to the principal responsible persons of the company. In the form of "military orders", they consolidated responsibilities and transmitted pressure, demonstrating the determination of the cadres of Yiyao Printing to perform their duties and work hard. The conference also reported on the implementation of the "Qianwan" Initiative (Phase V) in 2025, affirming the past achievements while objectively analyzing existing problems, so as to identify the focus for work in the new stage.

The journey is long and the wind is strong; with heavy responsibilities, we set off again. At the end of the conference, it was called on all cadres and staff of the company to take this conference as an opportunity to further unify their thinking, gather strength, forge ahead with determination and work hard. With the responsibility of state-owned enterprises that "the success of a cause does not have to be attributed to me, but the success must be bound up with me", we will fully implement all tasks of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the "Qianwan" Initiative (Phase VI), and promote the high-quality development of the enterprise with concrete actions.
